At Sagar Raj Resort, we aim to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience. If for any reason you need to cancel or modify your booking, our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
- Cancellation 48 Hours Before Arrival:
- If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, minus any transaction or processing fees that may apply.
- Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Arrival:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay or 50% of the total booking amount, whichever is greater. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- No-Show:
- In case of a no-show, where the guest fails to check in without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and the full amount of the booking will be charged.
- Early Check-out:
- If you decide to check out before your scheduled departure date, no refunds will be given for the unused nights, and the full amount of the stay will be charged.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the bank or payment processor.
- Special Offers and Non-Refundable Bookings:
- Some special offers, promotions, and discounted rates may be non-refundable. These conditions will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
Exceptions
In cases of emergencies or extraordinary circumstances (such as natural disasters or government restrictions), we may provide more flexible cancellation or refund options. Please contact us directly in such cases, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
